good work which /makes sense/ - and farming equipment sustains scratches and outlives 50+ years - and can be maintained and repaired.
Most importantly (IMO):
producing good and healthy FOOD is actually something I'm proud to show and teach my kids.
If I had the money to do so, I'd absolutely live on a self sufficient farm somewhere near my home town.
I want fully automated greenhouses and everything solar powered.
