yeah, this is exactly what I find..
by the time I have debugged and refactored the code I didn't write so it's ready to commit, it would have been faster to write it myself.

It's nice that even the mediocre devs are starting to catch up now.
2 years, better late than never I guess.
Back in early 2023 I was giving the then new copilot a try in some FE tasks.
I used it for about a month or two before I realized it was wasting so much of my time debugging insidious little edge cases and gotchas.
Never touched it since until recently for some unit tests, had to rework 90% of them.
