@ncoca @CaitlinWaddick have you tried at this address with your preexisting users? I believe you probably already did but we'd like to make sure this isn't working.
(Unfortunately I am not a customary "logged in" user of BBB, I usually use someone else's rooms, so I don't have reliable credentials for this service at hand.)
