@nixCraft In the 70's we were talking about this day of AI and the problems it would create. Starting with the need for some kind of UBI, then what would the people do instead of work(there are only so many truly creative people), the needs for provided medical care, housing, food and more. By the time the 80's rolled around those discussions weren't heard any more. The GOP had it under control.

Goldman saying 0% is generous. Most AI companies are just wrapping APIs and calling it innovation. The actual productivity gains are happening at companies that were already data-driven, not from the AI hype cycle.
