Remember when the @EDPS found the @EUCommission's use of #Microsoft's #Office365 was in breach of #dataprotection law?

Looks like they've found a way to use that software differently "in cooperation with Microsoft" and the EDPS has now closed the investigation.

@ilumium @EDPS @EUCommission It's all empty words. The EU created en EUPL but the software they develop for the citizens (like the EU login app) is proprietary, closed source.
Lies, submission, and humilliation. We saw it yesterday with the total lack of dignity of Von der Leyen in front of Trump.
