I should mention that the Augmented Reality filters feature in Loops is handled 100% locally, we don't use any 3rd party APIs or servers for this, so you can even use it offline!
In the future, we will add support for the Filter Marketplace, allowing you to explore and use community contributed filters that will require asset downloads, but the rendering and processing will remain local and private.
