@whvholst @frelsisbaratta It's true that Art 28 DSA applies to all online platforms "accessible for minors," the exemption of Art 29 only applies to the following chapter.

IMHO it is also true, however, that Art 28 does not require age verification, even for 18+ websites. The Commission has unfortunately created maximum uncertainty with the Art 28 Guidelines and if Ancom behaves the way you describe Kolja, I'd argue they're stretching their mandate quite a bit and possibly too far.

@ilumium @whvholst @frelsisbaratta Article 19 DSA excludes micro/small entreprises (*) from Article 28 as well as the non-binding Commission guidelines on age verification (which is stated clearly in the guidelines).

(*) Less than 50 employees and €10 million annual turnover
