Dear EU Commission,
Just don't. Listen to us - the almost ancient people who've built up every single part of what has become the Internet today instead of the lobbyists.
What you want to do cannot be done. Cannot, as in _can_ _not_.
Wasting money and pissing off exactly the people you want to rely on to protect us from hostile states isn't really what you should be doing.
