PSA: #firefox #firefox140 #firefox140esr There seems to be an bug that smooth scrolling off switch in preferences is not respected (reported here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1974418 ).

In the mean time, setting general.smoothScroll.pages and general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel to false seems to restore sane behavior.
