I agree with this sentiment. It’s really nothing to report, the current US policy pretending that everyone thinks America should be first, that American dominance should be the status quo. In a rational world, countries are free to have their own industrial security and autonomy, not the patronising dependent servant model the US is pretending to provide us atm

@Karlitschek Globalisation blurred the lines of international sovereignty but it has always been an assumed part of international relations. Given the direction Trump is taking I think the rest of the world would be well advised to dump the US Dollar as the currency standard - the Euro seems far more secure and stable - and then claw back sovereignty that the global tech giants have taken away from us all.
