I guess I have to go with Musk, but only by a narrow margin. Open nazi who used his money and influence to indirectly hack the US election and get us into the current hellscape rushing towards an apocalypse situation.

But Altman, Zuckerberg, heck, even Bezos... So many others have done such horrible things and are effectively part of the same issues too.
