@nixCraft I agree #MentalHealth matters and that's why i'm sharing a bit of my own story in response to this post.
Being #Bipolar means treatment for both the lows and highs is most often a combination of an #Antidepressant and a #MoodStabilizer. If i hadn't gotten access to both many years ago now, there's a very good chance i'd not still be here, typing this comment.
As with anything, there are risks and benefits. #BipolarDisorder is a lifelong illness that is complex to treat.
Eight million people out of a UK population of 70 million take antidepressants ?
Soon, they'll be putting it in the tap water.
