Q: How can we coordinate asynchronously about coop cloud topics, especially kite flying topics?

We worry how overwhelming and discouraging it can be to come back to too many notifications after a break.
We also want to avoid the "free as in free time" dynamic - we want to hear everyone's voice, not just those who have lots of time to be online.

We floated the idea of a web forum, though this might encourage fragmentation, or prioritize long/unmanageable threads.

We also asked how we might make discussion ephemeral, like a community board where you only have to read the relevant/current topics. Fedi might be a good space for that!
