Is there any acceptable way to get support for Libre Software development nowadays which is not US based? Ideally in EU for my case.

I've stopped using Liberapay despite being early adopter due to the use of Paypal and Stripe (not their fault, Liberapay team does a great job, they just had to find alternatives after Mangopay debacle), and I have same issue with Patreon.
