In other words: the Commission has difficulties hiring the number of staff it needs to hold #BigTech accountable.

The #DSA, #DMA, #AIAct & #GDPR exist to protect people, safeguard democracy & rein in Big Tech. If the Commission seeks enforcement dialogue, it should do so with the people in 
& public interest groups.

The @EUCommission announced it is exploring a new EU-US “dialogue” on digital rules, as Washington piles on the pressure over how the EU enforces its tech laws.
“If confirmed, this is nothing short of complete capitulation to the #Trump admin’s coercive tactics,” said #Greens MEP @SLagodinsky.
“No need to do this,” said liberal MEP Sandro Gozi. “The Commission must implement the #DSA + #DMA, not discuss them with the US. It’s a clear attempt to slow down implementation and weaken enforcement.”
